Article 1 — General
These Terms and Conditions apply to all consultations, sessions and other services provided by Lonneke van Vuure, operating under the name Lonneke van Vuure, based in Soest, the Netherlands.

By booking a consultation, the client agrees to these Terms and Conditions.
Article 2 — Nature of the Services
Lonneke van Vuure offers intuitive consultations, mediumship consultations and combination consultations. These consultations are intended as personal guidance and as a source of insight, comfort and connection.
The services provided do not replace medical, psychological, legal or financial advice. In case of complaints or crisis situations, the client is advised to seek assistance from a qualified professional.
No guarantees are given regarding specific outcomes. Any information or messages received during a consultation depend on what presents itself at that moment.
Article 3 — Confidentiality
All information shared during a consultation is treated with strict confidentiality.
No information or content from consultations will be shared with third parties, unless required by law.
The client may record the session for personal use only. Recordings may not be shared, published or distributed without prior consent.
Article 4 — Payment
The consultation fees are:
Payment must be made in advance, no later than 48 hours prior to the consultation.
Without timely payment, the appointment will not be confirmed.
Payment is made via Tikkie or bank transfer.
Article 5 — Cancellation by the Client
Cancellation or rescheduling is free of charge up to 48 hours prior to the consultation.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, the full amount remains payable and no refund will be issued.
Artikel 6 — Cancellation by Lonneke van Vuure
In the event of illness, force majeure or unforeseen circumstances, Lonneke van Vuure reserves the right to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
In case of cancellation within 48 hours, or failure to attend the appointment, the full amount remains payable and no refund will be issued.
Article 7 — No Connection During the Consultation
If no clear connection is established within the first ten minutes of a mediumship consultation, the session will be ended honestly and transparently.
In such cases, the client will receive a full refund.
After the first ten minutes, the consultation is considered to have commenced and no refund will be issued.
Article 8 — Liability
Lonneke van Vuure is not liable for any decisions or actions taken by the client as a result of a consultation.
The client remains fully responsible for their own choices and actions at all times.
Any liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant consultation.
Article 9 — Personal Data
Lonneke van Vuure processes personal data solely for the purpose of providing services and in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR).

Article 10 — Right of Withdrawal
By booking a consultation, the client agrees that the service will be provided at a specific scheduled time.
The statutory right of withdrawal no longer applies once the consultation has started.
Article 11 — Minimum Age
Consultations are intended for individuals aged 18 years or older. For minors, consent from a parent or legal guardian is required.

Article 12 — Complaints
If you have a complaint regarding a consultation or the services provided, please contact consult@lonnekevanvuure.nl within 14 days of the session.
A response will be provided within 14 days, and an appropriate solution will be sought.
Article 13 — Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Dutch law
Any disputes will preferably be resolved through mutual consultation.
